By purchasing a Website Audit from Salt & Sand LLC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Service The Website Audit is a one-time, written evaluation of a single website. Each purchase applies to one (1) website URL only. Additional websites require separate purchases.

2. Delivery Your audit will be delivered via email within 48 hours of receiving all necessary information, including the correct website URL. Delays in providing required details may extend delivery time.

3. Nature of Service This audit is a professional assessment based on experience and best practices in design, structure, and user experience. It is intended to provide guidance and recommendations, not guarantees of specific results or outcomes.

4. No Refund Policy Due to the nature of this service as a custom digital product, all sales are final. Once the audit has been completed and delivered, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued.

5. Revisions This service does not include revisions. However, if any part of the audit is unclear, you are welcome to reply for brief clarification.

6. Client Responsibility It is the client’s responsibility to provide an accurate and accessible website URL at the time of purchase or promptly after. Salt & Sand LLC is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate submissions.
