Website Strategy, SEO, Copywriting, and Platform Migration for a Spanish Teacher Resource Brand

A full website transformation designed to reposition an independently built platform into a structured, scalable, and conversion-focused resource hub for Spanish teachers. Cyber Profe Resources is an educational platform created by a Spanish teacher, for Spanish teachers. After multiple redesign attempts, the brand had developed strong content but lacked the structure and clarity needed to support long-term growth.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project focused on rebuilding the site from the inside out, creating a system that not only looked more refined, but functioned strategically as a resource library, lead generator, and scalable business tool.

THE CHALLENGE

After investing significant time and money into previous redesigns, the site still felt fragmented and underperforming. The issue was not a lack of effort, but a lack of structure, strategy, and alignment with the intended audience.
 

  • Repeated redesigns without improving usability or performance

  • Disorganized content with no clear system for expansion

  • Messaging misaligned with classroom teachers

  • No clear pathway for conversions or monetization

PROJECT GOALS

The focus of this project was to create a more intentional and elevated digital presence while building a foundation that could support growth, scalability, and ongoing content expansion. Every decision was made to improve both the user experience and the long-term business model behind the site.

CREATIVE DIRECTION

The design direction centered around bringing energy and clarity back into the brand while still honoring its educational roots. Rather than leaning into overly muted or corporate tones, the visual language was intentionally built to feel like an elevated classroom experience, structured, approachable, and engaging.
 

  • Primary color integration softened with balanced, approachable tones

  • Educational-inspired layout with refined spacing and hierarchy

  • Strategic use of dropdowns and expandable sections to reduce clutter

  • Typography focused on clarity, readability, and guided flow

THE OUTCOME

The final result is a fully restructured platform that supports both usability and growth, transforming the site into a functional resource hub rather than a collection of disconnected pages. The experience now feels intentional, easy to navigate, and aligned with how teachers actually search for and use materials.

The Years in Review

Sara’s project is one I see often, but very few people are willing to pause and recognize when it’s time to bring in help. It’s easy to keep investing more time and more money trying to make something work on your own, even when it’s no longer moving the needle. What I appreciated most about Sara was her clarity and humility. She knew where things weren’t working, trusted the process, and gave me the creative space to step in and guide the direction. Together, we were able to take everything she had already built and shape it into something structured, lasting, and aligned with the long-term vision she’s been working toward.
